# Firewall Access & Email Whitelist for Team Nation

## Get Team Nation Approved / Working if Your Program has a Strong Firewall

| **Provide this documentation to your IT department** so your coaching staff can build lessons, upload video, and share with your athletes. Educational facilities often have firewalls to protect students and instructors and may block sites with upload and download capabilities that can prevent devices from accessing Team Nation’s platform. These can include email spam filters. |
